Perkins Rowe ([http://www.perkinsroweshops.com www.perkinsroweshops.com]) is a large mixed use development in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that opened in early 2008. Perkins Rowe was developed by JTS Interests and the main architectural firm that designed the projects is Development Design Group.
